group different?

This isn’t just another running group. Our program is designed to give you the best possible support every step of the way, combining the expertise of seasoned professionals. You’ll receive personalized coaching from Jason Dyck, a coach and sports physiotherapist, alongside guidance from registered sports dietitian Katie Henderson Liska. This collaborative approach ensures you get comprehensive support — from training plans to injury prevention to fueling strategies.

What sets us apart is the community. You’ll be part of a supportive group that motivates each other, shares experiences, and cheers each other on as you work toward race day. We’re building this community not just for this training cycle, but as an ongoing resource for all your running goals.

BOLD Run Club Membership

  • This group is for you if:

    You’re already running 40-50 km per week and are ready to take your training to the next level.

    You can commit to 3 runs per week minimum.

    You thrive in a community and want support and motivation from others.

    You find it difficult to create a training plan on your own and want expert guidance.

    You’re interested in nutrition support to optimize your performance and recovery.

  • What you will receive from the group: 

    17-Week Group Training Program developed by coach and physio Jason Dyck to ensure you're prepared for race day.

    3 Monthly Sports Nutrition Presentations from Katie Henderson Liska, RD, covering key topics to fuel your training.

    Access to a private Facebook group to talk about our training wins, advice, struggles, favourite gel products, running shoes, and anything else on your mind!

    Monthly Live Q&A Sessions with your coach, physiotherapist, and dietitian — get your questions answered in real-time. These will occur on the Thursday of the month at 12:00pm. 

    Access to a group Strava with all the other members of BOLD Run Club.

    Weekend Group Runs & Meetups for added motivation and camaraderie.

    A supportive community to train, connect, and cheer each other on.

    Individualized Training Plans to further tailor the program to your unique needs and race goals.

    One-on-One Nutrition Counseling for personalized nutrition strategies to fuel your training and race day performance.

    One-on-One Physiotherapy Sessions to address any injuries, aches, or physical concerns.

    **Note: Both nutrition counseling and physiotherapy services may be covered by your health benefits. Be sure to check your plan for coverage details.
