Jason Dyck, Physical Therapist & Run Coach

About Me

With over 12 years of experience working with runners as a Physical Therapist, I bring a unique blend of injury prevention, treatment, and performance coaching to help athletes reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with runners of all levels, from recreational joggers to competitive marathoners, to ensure they stay injury-free and perform at their best.

In addition to my Physical Therapy background, I’ve personally competed in long-distance triathlons, including Half Ironman and Ironman races (Ironman Canada in 2010), as well as several marathons. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges that come with endurance sports, allowing me to tailor training strategies that are not only effective but sustainable.

Now, I focus much of my efforts on coaching runners, combining my expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation with my passion for helping athletes achieve their goals. Whether you’re aiming to set a personal best, train for your first marathon, or simply run without pain, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

With seven years of experience in outpatient counselling, Katie has helped countless individuals improve their nutrition in a way that fits their unique health needs, lifestyle, and goals. Her approach is all about balance—because fuelling your body well should always leave room for a few slices of chocolate cake.

As a former national-level gymnast, collegiate volleyball player, Team Canada Triathlete qualifier, and Boston-qualified marathon runner, Katie knows firsthand the power of proper fueling. She lives and breathes sports nutrition every day and understands what it takes to perform at your best. Katie specializes in helping athletes optimize performance, recover efficiently, and reach their full potential. The right nutrition plan can make you stronger, faster, and healthier—she’s here to help you get there.

With all the conflicting nutrition advice out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Katie loves cutting through the noise and making nutrition simple, practical, and personalized.
