One of the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy is injury prevention. I understand the frustration that comes with setbacks, and I’m committed to helping you stay healthy. Through careful planning, proper form, cross-training, and regular assessments, I ensure that each training plan is balanced, challenging, and aligned with your body’s needs. We will monitor your progress and make adjustments to minimize any risk of injury.

I deliver all of my training plans through TrainingPeaks, a platform that syncs seamlessly with athletes’ GPS watches and phones. This integration provides a smooth, easy-to-use experience, where you can track your progress, monitor your workouts, and receive real-time feedback. TrainingPeaks allows us to keep everything organized and efficient, ensuring that you can focus on your training without any hassle.
The total price for my coaching services is $150 per month, which includes personalized training plans, unlimited communication, regular check-ins, and continuous support throughout the season. This ensures you have everything you need to succeed while maintaining a balanced and injury-free approach to your running goals.

Katie has provided nutrition education and consulting to clients with a range of gastrointestinal (GI) conditions including: IBS, Celiac Disease, food allergies, food intolerances, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease including Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Together we will strive to help you find solutions to address symptoms and eat for optimal digestive health. We will review your digestive history, create a detailed food and symptom journal, and discuss lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress, and physical activity to create a plan that will move you towards better health.
